Company Profile

Plasticoncentrates, Inc., was formed in February 2001 to develop, manufacture and market high-end Color Concentrate to the Engineering Thermoplastics (ETP), and Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) market. Plastic application can be categorized into two groups as illustrated in following diagram.

ETP are often very challenging to color, and processors often find it daunting to get good quality custom colored product. Plasticoncentrates is positioned as a "Solution Provider" to the high-end Engineering Resins, which includes Thermoplastics Elastomers (TPE), and Engineering Thermoplastic ETP.

Plasticoncentrates is different from its competitors and other Color Concentrate houses, because it is set up as the only Color Concentrate manufacturer whose key target market is the Engineering Plastic market (Difficult to color products).

The PlasticonTM product line targets Injection Molders, Plastic Custom Compounders, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) like Computer, Cell Phone, Power tools and other Consumer Durable Manufacturers, who do their injection molding in-house. The company's initial operation will be in the United States, and a Multi-generation plan has also been developed for translation of the same model in Europe, and Asia within 3 three years.

Plasticoncentrates is designed primarily with the Customer in mind, and its entire strategy is centered on providing speed, quality and ease of doing business for our Customers.

  • Speed - Plasticoncentrates' offering of Lightning ServicesTM will deliver products to customers in as short a time as 24 hours after receiving a completed order. Traditional industry offerings average two to four weeks, with some 'best in class' hovering around 2 weeks.
  • Quality - Plasticoncentrates' products encompass propriety "High-Loaded Universal Carrier" Technology, and profound knowledge of Color Technology for ETPs.
  • Ease of Doing Business for our Customers - Plasticoncentrates, Inc. is a true click & mortar company.  We leverage e-technology to provide an immensely gratifying customer experience, which will keep the customers coming back for more. The company has patent pending Internet strategy.

Plasticoncentrates' existence and products are directed toward one goal. Providing customers the capability to compress their product cycle and expedite their time to market, while maintaining pristine quality of their Engineered Thermoplastic (ETP) Colors.

Plasticoncentrates leverages these new technologies to substantially enhance the supply chain planning of Injection Molders and Plastic Compounders, thereby significantly reducing the inefficiency in their value chain. When the color has to be absolutely, positively right, and absolutely positively there, Plasticoncentrates will use its SQE (Speed, Quality, Ease to our Customers) coupled with its 6 Sigma manufacturing process to excite and meet Customers CDP (Critical Desired Properties).
